The Emirati Real Estate Companies Incubator is an integrated platform that supports entrepreneurship in the real-estate sector. It aims to equip Emirati citizens to enter the field by developing their practical skills and empowering them to establish and manage their own companies. Over six months, participants follow a training and applied-practice path — building viable business models and deploying them in a supportive professional environment in partnership with industry players.

What do you need to apply?
Conditions
Emirati national (Dubai)- Aged 21 or above
- Real-estate experience or a broker track record
- At least a high-school diploma
- Commitment to Dubai real-estate regulations
- Good conduct
Required documents
- Valid Emirates ID copy
- Recent personal photo
- Educational certificate or qualification
- Broker card (if available)
Selection process
- 01 Complete the registration form and attach documents
- 02 Applications reviewed against program criteria
- 03 Personal interview for shortlisted candidates
- 04 Sign the program commitment document
Priority is given to People of Determination when criteria are met.
