Issue Title Deed
This service enables applicants to request the registration of property title deed issuance to update the approved title deed document at the Dubai Land Department, along with the corresponding date.
Service Center:
Step 1: Visit DLD customer happiness center
Step Two: Submit the required documents to the employee and verify completeness.
Step Three: The employee enters transaction data into the system.
Step Four: Pay the fees and obtain a payment receipt.
Step Five: Review and approval of the transaction
Step Six: Receive a link to the title deed via email
1- Copy of the owner's emirates ID
2- Copy of the Title Deed certificate
