Step I: Signing up and creating an account on Ejari system (if the customer signs up for the first time) or logging in the Ejari system and selecting the service
Step II: Filling in the details, attaching the required documents
Step III: Sending the application online
Step IV: An email will be sent to cancel the contract

2- To be the owner of the property or its representative as per an official power of attorney or a signed management contract
