This service allows applying for a professional practice card for the following activities:

Via the online system:
Step 1: Create a Trakheesi account or log in and select the service.
Step 2: Enter details, upload required documents, and submit the application.
Step 3: Application is reviewed and acceptance is issued through the system.
Step 4: Log in, choose the payment method, and pay online.
Step 5: Print the card directly from the system.
A personal photo.
A copy of the Emirates ID.
A certificate of at least two years of experience in the field of real estate valuation for citizens and five years for expatriates.

- The applicant must have a certificate of good conduct issued by the Dubai Police
- The applicant must have passed the annual test to practice the mediation profession
Note: (the validity of the card is linked to the validity of the trade license) - No person shall have the right to practice the activity registered in the license except after registering and obtaining the card designated for the type of activity.
- For a real estate evaluator card and trainee evaluator card applications, the residency of the real estate expatriate evaluator must be on the same license, as for applying for a trainee valuer card application: The trainee must be trained in any of the offices approved by the RERA for a period of one year.

Exemption from the Real Estate Broker Exam only for:

Individuals above 55 years of age.

Brokers with 5 consecutive years of service in the same real estate office.
- Start-up license holders (رخصة انطلاق) are exempt from exam attendance.
