Description

This service allows real estate development companies to apply for deregistration of a real estate project as per a developer's application.

Service Procedures

Step 1: Submit the application through the system and explain the reasons for cancellation after completing settlements.
Step 2: Fill out the undertaking form and upload it.
Step 3: Fill out the announcement form and upload it after 15 days from the date of the last announcement.
Step 4: The developer submits the request and it is reviewed via the self-registration system for developers (TAS).
Step 5: The request is either accepted or rejected if cancellation requirements are not met.
Step 6: Upon acceptance of the cancellation request, the request is transferred to the bank through the online system to close the account.
Step 7: The certificate is received through the electronic system.
