This service allows real estate management companies to apply for registration or renewal of the management contract between owners and management companies, and to perform all related transactions via the online system (Ejari).

Step I: Signing up and creating an account on Ejari system (if the customer signs up for the first time) or logging in the Ejari system and selecting the service
Step II: Filling in the details, attaching the required documents
Step III: Sending the application online
Step IV: An email is sent with the registered management contract
A copy of the management contract signed between an owner and a real estate company
