Request to register the initial sale
This service allows a real estate developer to register units sold off-plan or land plots whose value has not been fully paid at the provisional register.
Step I: Login to Oqood portal and select provisional sale registration service
Step II: Selecting a property, filling in the details, attaching the documents, and selecting the payment method
Step III: Sending the application on-line
Step IV: Receipt of the output via an e-mail message sent to the purchaser
Individuals
1- A copy of the sale and purchase contract
2- A copy of a valid UAE ID
3- A copy of a valid passport for non-residents
Companies

1- A copy of a valid trade license
2- A copy of the UAE ID or passport of the license holder
3- Power of attorney, if any
(Limited Liability Companies)
1- A copy of a valid trade license

4- A copy of the translated company’s Memorandum of Association and the annexes thereof (legal translation into Arabic language)
5- A copy of the shareholder certificate

3- Power of attorney, if any
4- A copy of the translated company’s Memorandum of Association and the annexes thereof, (legal translation into Arabic language) ratified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
5- A no objection letter (NOC) from the free zones, in case of purchase contract, valid for one year.
6- A copy of the shareholder certificate.

1- A copy of a valid trade license

4- A copy of the translated company’s Memorandum of Association and the annexes thereof, (legal translation into Arabic language) ratified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The seller: 2% of the sale value

1- The sale and purchase contract shall be signed by the developer and the purchaser
2- In case that the purchaser is a minor, the sale and purchase contract shall be signed by the guardian and a copy of the guardian’s passport or ID shall be attached.
3- The sale and purchase contract shall be registered in the provisional register within 90 days from the date of signing the contract
4- In case that the purchaser is a decree holder person, a valid letter to To Whom It May Concern issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and UAE citizenship shall be attached.
